We recently designed, supplied and installed this garage gym for one of our customers. After discussing the requirements we decided that the 'Half Rack' offers the best all round performance for a free standing squat rack. It includes spotter arms, multi-grip pull up bar, bumper plate storage and band peg, all supplied as standard. The customer also opted for our brand new elite adjustable bench, full set of hex dumbbells, slam balls, weighted bags, foam roller, resistance bands, AbMat, Olympic Barbell and lock jaw collars. The whole garage was also fitted with our 20mm rubber flooring. What a great set up!
