The work at Empire Gym & Studios is now complete and ready for re-opening on 25th July. Saber Fitness have been working in partnership with NB Leisure Trust to create a Performance Zone for their members. The brief was to create a performance training area suitable for individual training and group based instruction.
The upgrade includes a huge 85m2 area including a blue 10m sled track. The new free standing rig includes six squat racks, dip bars, spotter arms, landmine attachments, wall ball targets and a 1.8m wing.
The new Performance Zone is a great addition to an already fantastic facility. The team are looking forward to re-opening the gym on 25th July.
